Michael started his sales career in Financial Services sales before moving in to the Irish Medical Devices sector. In 2010, he was recruited by a leading Canadian Medical Devices company to spearhead the organisation’s sales drive in to virgin territories across Canada and the US.
His key role was to ‘win and retain’ referral sources of new business for the company. Michael quickly adapted to the North American sales culture and processes becoming a Sales leader across the continent in his field.
Michael is very skilled in Cold-Calling, Relationship Building and Account Management, key components in any winning sales process. He also brings with him great insight in to American sales best practice and methodologies learnt during his time there.
